International Conference “Risk in Contemporary Economy” (RCE 2025)
The Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at “Dunărea de Jos” University of Galați is pleased to invite researchers to submit their papers for presentation and discussion at the 24th edition of the International Conference „Risk in Contemporary Economy” (RCE 2025)
This special edition will be organized within the 35th Anniversary of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration.
The conference will cover a wide range of topics across the following tracks: Applied Economics and Business Administration, Cybernetics, Statistics and Economic Information Systems, Management – Marketing, and Finance – Banking – Accounting.
The conference will take place on May 23-24, 2025, and will be hosted by the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, “Dunărea de Jos” University of Galați.
IMPORTANT DATES:
- Full paper submission deadline: April 30, 2025
- Notification of conference paper acceptance: May 10, 2025
SUBMISSION PROCESS:
- Papers should be sent electronically to the Conference Organizing Committee (e-mail: rec.feaa.ugal@gmail.com).
- All authors attending the conference should pay the conference fee:
- 500 RON (equivalent 100 EUR) – for academic staff
- 250 RON (equivalent 50 EUR) – for PhD Students.

Accepted papers will pe published in Conference Proceedings (print ISSN 2067-0532, online ISSN 2344-5386) are indexed in: DOAJ – Directory of Open Access Journal, Sweden; RePEC Database – Research Paper in Economics, USA; EconPapers – Swedish Business School, Orebro University, Sweden; WorldCat – The World’s Largest Library Catalog; OALib – Open Access Library; OAJSE – Open Access Journals Search Engine; Stanford University Libraries, USA.
The papers selected by the Scientific Committee for their sound scientific content could be published in Annals of “Dunarea de Jos” University of Galati, Fascicle I – Economics and Applied Informatics, www.eia.feaa.ugal.ro, a peer-reviewed journal indexed in multiple international databases: ERIH+, EconLit, REPEC, DOAJ, EBSCO, ULRICH, ECONIS, Cambridge Scientific Abstract, Cabell’s Directory.
A reputable Keynote Speaker from University of Potsdam, Germany (Professor Victor TIBERIUS) will have a plenary speech during this edition of RCE International Conference. The impact of his research is significant at the global academic community level, in the Business & Management, with an H-index of 25 in Web of Science, an H-index of 39 in Google Scholar, and an H-index of 28 in Scopus.
